TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GROUP BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All rates are Net
  • Check in time is 2 pm, Check out time is 11 am.
  • Late check out can be arranged upon availability.

Day use is a 50% charge of the room rate per night, extension beyond will be subject to full contracted rate per night.

DEPOSIT (Within 14 Days)
15% of the estimated charge is non-refundable and must be received by Narasoma to confirm a space. If no deposit has been received by Narasoma for up to 14 days after which it ceases to be reserved.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS:

  • Deposit of 15% is payable within 14 days to confirm your booking (“the booking date”)
  • The second payment of 35% is payable 30 days prior to the booking date
  • The balance of 50% is payable on day of arrival

Or you may wish to pay the full balance by bank transfer 30 days prior to your event

* REDUCE THE USE OF PLASTIC BOTTLES IN BALI:

Narasoma is trying to reduce the use of plastic bottle use therefore WE DO NOT HAVE AQUA BOTTLES IN THE ROOMS. We have refill available at the front office therefore please bring your own bottle for refill or you may purchase bottled water or reusable bottles for future refill.

This is not included in the room rate. Drinking water is available at the tea house for free during breakfast time only. For yoga groups we have water refill gallons available in the Yoga halls and Retreat kitchen.

POLICIES FOR BOOKINGS:

In order to confirm your booking the following must be completed and returned to Narasoma:

(1) Booking Form
(2) Rates & Contract Agreement, signed and dated
(3) Non-refundable 15% deposit

BOOKING: (Within 7 Days)

Your booking will not be confirmed until your Booking has been received by Narasoma via e mail.

Narasoma reserves the right to confirm another booking with another group for the dates requested by you should your Booking not be received by Narasoma by e mail within 7 days of having been sent out to you.

GROUP RATES & CONTRACT AGREEMENT: (Within 14 Days)
You will loose your booking if the Rates & Contract Agreement, signed and dated by you, has not been returned to Narasoma within 14 days of your Confirmed Booking.
