Just down a little lane off busy Jalan Monkey Forest, Narasoma is a family home and accommodation surrounded by coconut palms. Previously called Lastri House, our homestay has been transformed with its new name. Nyoman and Charlotte welcome you into their family to experience life in a Balinese compound.
From the top floor you will be able to see the sacred mountains to the west of Bali. The sunrises and sunsets are great! Our photos speak for themselves.
Narasoma Offers
- 5 spacious and clean airy rooms with lots of sunlight.
- All rooms have ceiling fans and hot water showers, and some also have bathtubs.
- A shared refrigerator is available for guest use.
- Coffee, tea and purified water are provided all day.
- Breakfast is included.
- Special rates for long-term.
- Three rooms have traditional Javanese antique beds and two rooms have ensembles/double spring beds.
- All rooms have wonderful views overlooking Ubud and Mount Agung.
Room prices are very affordable. Rates begin at Rp 120,000 (@US$13) per night for a single and Rp 150,000 (@€11) per night for a double. Prices are subject to change through high or low season. Bookings are essential.
Narasoma is very convenient to the Ubud Palace, the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, the large art and traditional handicrafts market, and many boutiques and delightful restaurants.
Located in the heart of Ubud, Bali's cultural centre, Narasoma is opposite the football field on Monkey Forest Road, down Beji Lane.

Bamboo Bungalow
These budget rooms are on the ground level and are rented out as either two rooms together or one room rented out only for one single or double persons. These rooms are semi detached and are suitable for friends or families. For single/double we rent out one room only and do not rent out the adjacent room for comfort reasons.
- Twin share price is Rp 40,000 per person
- Single price is Rp 70,000
- Double price is Rp 90,000
- Families for two rooms are Rp 150,000
All prices include tax, breakfast, hot water and ceiling fans plus mosquito net.
Ubud offers many shops, restaurants, galleries and scenic walks through the rice paddies. Colorful and centrally located, Ubud is a base from which many attractions around the Island can be visited. Because Bali's Hindu traditions remain strong, you are likely to encounter the many temple ceremonies and street processions that are part of everyday life.
